Why all the talk about success and how it relies on what’s going on inside of you, inside
your mind and your heart.  Because until you get it, until you’re clear, everything you do
will have limits or even worse they won’t happen at all.  Because subconsciously you won’t
allow it to.

Before you pursue goals on a larger scale, outside of your culture, paradigm or what you’re
use to, you must first do the inside work. Without it you will rely to much on your location,
your sponsor, other people, the how to, systems, teams, companies and even money to get
you from where you are now to where you want to be, which is your definition of success.
You have to choose to take action. The key to success is to ACT in-spite of fear, certainty,
doubt, worry, skill or anything.  Your actions will help you learn what it is you need to know.

It’s the inside job you do that will give you what you need to fight and bust through the
obstacles, temporary defeat and setbacks you will encounter. Allowing you to stand by
that desire until realized.  Enabling you to persevere and never give up.

A lot of people have missed their big opportunity because they quit right before they had a breakthrough as told in Chapter 1 the story “Three feet from Gold” and illustrated below.

You are who you are today because of the programming of your subconscious mind.  
In order to change that you must change the programming.  

Start by asking yourself the tough questions about your beliefs, fears, doubts and 
desires.  This will tell you what areas you need to focus on if they don't line up with 
your dreams and plans for success.

The subconscious mind has been explained and illustrated by an iceberg.  The part of 
the iceberg you can see above the water, represents the conscious mind and operates 
10% of our mind. The subconscious mind is the part of the iceberg under the water that 
is massive and operates 90% of our mind.

What lies below the surface is the true controlling factor. Find a spiritual leader, a mentor, 
read books, listen to audios and programs that talk about the area of your life and mind 
you want to change. When your paradigm begins to change, so will your perspective on life. 
You will see thing differently.  Your possibilities will grow. The limits you use to put on things 
will stretch or completely disappear.

Success is based on a specific mindset or state of mind.  You must overcome your limited
beliefs. You must overcome Your doubts and fears

What you believe you're capable of, exists in your subconscious mind also referred to as
your paradigm. Your paradigm has been programmed over time and it’s a multitude of
concepts and habits.  

Your paradigm is what you believe.  Its what you think is possible...in other words, your
subconscious mind has been programmed by what your were taught from a child til now,
the parental teachings, spiritual teachings, personal economics and experiences.
Basically what you’ve been exposed to.

We measure possibility on our own limitations, so if we can’t see ourselves doing it, its not
possible.  You must reprogram your Paradigm through books, audios, education, being
around people who have accomplished what you’re striving for and implementing those
new-found ideas.

What you know and the fortitude or the lack there of, to implement
what you know on a consistent basis.
